Client Support Executive – FTC
IOSHClient Support Executive providing administrative support and customer service for IOSH. Involves guiding customers and colleagues through processes with excellent service standards.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provides administrative support across the Commercial Development team
- Guides customers and colleagues through the process and requirements for application, approval, and licencing of training providers and trainers
- Offers administrative support to the sales teams for Tailored Course Approvals and Instructional Design agreements
- Uses a variety of communication tools such as email, telephone and team’s meetings
- Follows internal policies and processes accurately and efficiently
- Delivers excellent administration and customer service to both internal and external stakeholders
- Takes ownership of customer enquiries relating to IOSH procedures, criteria and training products
- Resolves issues to support projects such as the introduction of digital platforms for workbooks and certification.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Customer Service experience with excellent communication skills
- Experience of working in a fast-paced environment
- Experience of time management and organisation skills with the ability to multi–task and prioritise effectively to meet deadlines.
- Administration experience
- Knowledge of proficient use of MS Office and internal CRM systems.
