About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Administer leases across 41+ locations, including document organization, critical date management, and coordination with legal and finance stakeholders
Support global real estate operations including management of commercial real estate vendors.
Assist in annual budget preparation across all sites.
Lead cross-functional programs focused on department-wide process standardization initiatives
Conduct space planning analyses, including consolidation studies and utilization reporting, for executive leadership presentation.
Lease administration for all sites which includes tracking of critical dates and deadlines.
Analyze real estate data to see trends and create analysis for leadership

Requirements

What you’ll need

10-15 years of professional experience in Real Estate and Facilities Management or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Global Portfolio Experience
Strong PowerPoint skillset
Experience with site strategy presentations and executive communication
Proficient in reading complex leases both international and domestic
Strong customer service skills and experience in demanding environments
