About the role
- Create the integration vision and strategy for each unique acquisition and execute upon that vision and strategy.
- Own and expand the integration playbook, its governance, and reporting—from pre close diligence to Day 1 and post-close value realization
- Build and own the master integration plan, inclusive of: Day 1 cutover lists, comms plans, and long-term integration activities
- Own the integration budget
- Orchestrate integration workstreams and resolve interdependencies across functions
- Drive synergy capture plans with Finance and workstream leads, and escalate variances
- Stand up and lead secure clean rooms (as needed) and manage information barriers
- Partner with functional leaders on org design, talent retention, and internal comms
- Provide updates for executives/board members (progress, risks, etc.).
Requirements
- 15+ years in M&A integration or enterprise transformation (management consulting, or hardware/industrial/defense industries).
- Demonstrated success leading complex integrations end-to-end.
- BA/BS required (engineering, business, or related).
- Expertise in cross-functional program leadership.
