About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Work closely with Product Owners to understand goals and shape product features;
  • Support the definition of customer journeys, user flows, wireframes and prototypes (low- and high-fidelity);
  • Contribute to design specifications and help translate them into working software together with developers;
  • Create and maintain Figma screens and components;
  • Maintain and improve the team’s design system and style guide;
  • Participate in user research preparation and contribute to research activities;
  • Iterate on design decisions based on data and user behavior;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, QAs, designers) across locations;
  • Take part in team ceremonies (Scrum meetings, sprints ceremonies);
  • Gradually grow into a point of contact for design-related topics within the team.

Requirements

What you’ll need

  • Creativity and a proactive attitude;
  • Interest in working on complex, real-world (enterprise-level) products;
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional and international teams;

  • Self-drive and motivation to develop in the UX field;
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken).
