Backend Engineer

• Design, develop, test, deploy and monitor features within existing team portfolio applications;
• Create and work with enterprise level applications;
• Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines, from testing stage to production;
• Work independently when needed with minimal supervision;
• Create technical concepts when needed;
• Work with colleagues and peer teams, both local and abroad;
• Write unit and integration tests;
• Participate to the team ceremonies.

Software Engineer, C++ – IT Infrastructure Development Team

Operations

• Administration of our Debian Linux server systems, operation of highly available, distributed systems;
• Customizing of complex HA solutions, storage systems and virtualization technologies;
• Administration of Kubernetes;
• Monitoring of server and services;
• Automate system administration tasks and deployments using Ansible, GitLab pipelines, and Kubernetes;
• Support of services for key customers and participate in a rotating on-call schedule.
• Administration databases, mostly MySQL;
• Collaborate with teams in Munich, Regensburg, and Bucharest to maintain service quality and reliability.
