About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own marketing-sourced and marketing-influenced pipeline.
  • Set the targets, hit them, and report contribution against bookings.
  • Run the ABM program against Tier 1 and Tier 2 target accounts.
  • Manage spend, creative testing, audience targeting, and CAC.
  • Build segmented, persona-aware campaigns that move contacts from first touch to sales-ready.
  • Own the reporting that ties every program to pipeline.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 8+ years in B2B demand generation, with 3+ years leading the function.
  • Director level or above.
  • Cybersecurity experience.
  • Proven ABM track record against named enterprise accounts.
  • Hands-on command of paid social, specifically LinkedIn, Meta, and Reddit.
  • Email and lifecycle marketing depth: segmentation, nurture design, deliverability, and conversion.
  • Fluency in the modern marketing stack: Clay, HubSpot, Salesforce.
