About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own marketing-sourced and marketing-influenced pipeline.
- Set the targets, hit them, and report contribution against bookings.
- Run the ABM program against Tier 1 and Tier 2 target accounts.
- Manage spend, creative testing, audience targeting, and CAC.
- Build segmented, persona-aware campaigns that move contacts from first touch to sales-ready.
- Own the reporting that ties every program to pipeline.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 8+ years in B2B demand generation, with 3+ years leading the function.
- Director level or above.
- Cybersecurity experience.
- Proven ABM track record against named enterprise accounts.
- Hands-on command of paid social, specifically LinkedIn, Meta, and Reddit.
- Email and lifecycle marketing depth: segmentation, nurture design, deliverability, and conversion.
- Fluency in the modern marketing stack: Clay, HubSpot, Salesforce.
