About the role
- Lead end to end sourcing strategies across indirect spend categories
- Own and drive complex negotiations with key suppliers, focusing on cost, terms, and service levels
- Build and manage strategic supplier relationships and improve supplier performance
- Lead and develop procurement processes, standards, and best practices
- Act as main point of contact for senior internal stakeholders
- Ensure strong contract management and compliance with internal policies
- Drive cost optimization and track savings across categories
- Build transparency through reporting, KPIs, and performance tracking
- Lead and support junior team members where applicable
Requirements
- 5+ years' experience in procurement with strong focus on indirect spend
- Proven track record in leading negotiations and managing high value contracts
- Strong supplier management experience with focus on long term partnerships
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working with SAP or similar ERP systems
- Strategic mindset with strong execution focus
