About the role

  • Deliver the regional business plan and ensure that all rollout, permitting and construction activities meet IONITY's quality, cost and schedule targets
  • Manage the regional P&L for CAPEX and OPEX in line with financial performance targets
  • Build and lead a high-performing multicultural team that fosters accountability, agility and collaboration
  • Make data-driven decisions; monitor pipeline performance, site profitability and delivery progress
  • Establish and manage relationships with landlords, concessionaires, authorities and grid operators
  • Oversee the refurbishment and optimization of existing sites in alignment with Asset Management
  • Drive innovation in processes, tools and stakeholder engagement within the region
  • Ensure compliance with HSE and construction regulations by coordinating with the relevant departments
  • Represent IONITY in public and governmental interactions and maintain visibility within the EV ecosystem
  • Report regional KPIs, challenges and successes to the Head of Rollouts, ensuring alignment with the overall network development strategy.

Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years' experience in infrastructure rollout, construction management or network operations across multiple countries
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration or Project Management, or a Master's degree in Management, Energy or Engineering
  • Proven track record in large-scale rollout projects and CAPEX management
  • Experience managing diverse, multicultural teams
  • Knowledge of permitting, legal and construction regulations in Europe
  • Accountability for budget, schedule and delivery quality
  • Ability to negotiate with landlords, authorities and utilities
  • Strong analytical skills and leadership capabilities with the ability to innovate and adapt to complex challenges
  • Data-oriented, result-driven and analytical mindset
  • Strategic communication and stakeholder management
  • Sense of responsibility and ownership for outcomes
  • Agility and a problem-solving mindset
  • Fluent in English and German.
