About the role

  • New customer acquisition & pipeline development
  • Actively identify and approach potential new customers across various channels (phone, email, LinkedIn, events, etc.)
  • Build and continuously maintain a robust sales pipeline
  • Develop and implement outreach strategies for lead generation
  • Independently schedule and conduct initial meetings
  • Analyze customer requirements and derive appropriate digital solutions
  • Advise on topics such as digital transformation, system modernization and platform strategies
  • Close coordination with internal teams (Tech, Strategy, Delivery) to develop suitable proposals
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to contract signing
  • Prepare and present proposals and concepts
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals
  • Document and maintain all activities in the CRM (e.g., HubSpot)
  • Build and maintain a strong network in relevant industries
  • Participate in events, trade shows and industry formats for lead generation
  • Position the company as a trusted partner for digital projects

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in sales, business development or account management (ideally in the digital space)
  • Proven track record in new customer acquisition and building sales pipelines
  • Strong technical understanding of digital projects, platforms and IT infrastructures
  • Ideally experience with ERP systems, legacy modernization or complex system landscapes
  • Strong communication and closing skills
  • Very good German and good English, written and spoken
