About the role
- Process and check payslips for national collective labor agreements in the credit, commerce, and metalworking sectors
- Process and check pension fund flows, union dues, and health insurance funds
- Process and check accounting statements and personnel provisions
- Process and check Uniemens, F24, INAIL self-assessment, severance pay substitute tax, single certifications, form 770
- Process and check data useful to the actuary for IAS19 purposes, data for the IRAP tax wedge
- Handle administrative back-office tasks
- Centralize and maintain up-to-date documentation of client interactions
- Ensure precision, transparency, and accuracy in all client communications and internal/external process activities
- Analyzing regulatory updates
- Reporting any procedural anomalies through a ticketing system
- Monitoring that anomalies are resolved correctly
Requirements
- Degree in economics
- Advanced knowledge of Excel
- Preferred qualification: knowledge of ADP's ISU One Service
