Product Delivery Manager in Mexico City to bridge the gap between client-facing engagement leads and development squads.
Hybrid role: manage delivery discipline across multiple squads while driving product work — requirements, backlogs, dependencies — that keeps programs moving forward.
Work closely with US-based Product Managers and Engagement Leads, ensuring client strategy is translated into actionable execution for local teams.
Requirements
You’re a delivery leader with strong product instincts. You thrive in structure but can navigate ambiguity, bringing order to complex initiatives with multiple stakeholders.
You understand how to turn product vision into execution: clear requirements, aligned priorities, and predictable outcomes.
You’re comfortable rolling up your sleeves — creating user stories, clarifying requirements, and ensuring quality through to delivery.
You balance client needs with team realities, hold stakeholders accountable for dependencies, and create momentum for distributed squads.
Above all, you see delivery as value creation — making sure that every sprint, release, and milestone ties back to both client outcomes and LAB49’s high standards.
10–15+ years in technology delivery, with at least 5 years managing teams of 5+ people.
Strong command of project management fundamentals: planning, risk, tracking, and financial oversight.
Solid understanding of Agile delivery methods and enterprise-level program governance.
Ability to translate business requirements into technical execution for squads.
Strong collaboration and communication skills in English (C1+ level required).
Hands-on approach — willing to dive into requirements, UX reviews, or testing when needed.
