About the role
- Interact and nurture relationships with clients, while ensuring their needs are met in the best interest of the clients and the Company.
- Develop a Strategic Account Plan for the Clients of the assigned territory.
- Position Cedacri as a key partner for each Client.
- Detail Unique Value Propositions for each client.
- Identify and qualify up-selling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Collaborate with the sales team and the other functions within the Company.
- Manage a portfolio of business opportunities.
- Deliver proposals with high quality standards.
- Keep records and maintain documentation of client interactions.
- Actively participate in Contracts’ renewal processes.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in management, Engineering or in a quantitative field (with honors).
- Proven experience in leading consulting companies (Big Four / IT Consulting / Strategy).
- Strong FSI/Core Banking skills.
- High commercial acumen and strong interpersonal skills.
- Consultative Selling capabilities.
- Excellent knowledge of the Italian and English language.
- Permanent employment contract.
