About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Advise senior leaders and influence strategic decisions by embedding people priorities into business planning.
- Lead the design and execution of the people strategy, focusing on organisational development, talent, culture, and engagement.
- Build strong relationships with executives, providing proactive, strategic HR solutions to complex challenges.
- Oversee workforce planning, succession planning, and leadership development to build a strong internal talent pipeline.
- Partner on organisational design and major change programmes, ensuring smooth transitions and strong communication.
- Champion a high-performance culture through effective performance management and coaching for senior leaders.
- Use people analytics to identify trends, inform decisions, and track progress against key HR metrics.
- Drive initiatives that enhance employee engagement, inclusion, and the overall employee experience.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven experience (5+ years) in HR, with a focus on business partnering, employee relations, or organisational development
- Ideally Degree qualified in a related discipline and hold CIPD qualification
- Strong knowledge of employment law and best practices in HR.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills to drive change and support business objectives
- Ability to coach and guide leaders through complex people issues
