About the role
- Provide administrative support across multiple workstreams within HR, Finance, and Operations
- Manage communications, scheduling, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders
- Handle client-facing interactions with professionalism and attention to detail
- Maintain organized records, reports, and documentation with a high standard of accuracy
- Use Excel for tracking, reporting, and data organization
- Follow through on tasks end-to-end, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks
- Handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality
Requirements
- 2+ years of professional experience in administrative, client-facing, or operations roles
- Advanced English (written and spoken) — required
- Experience in fast-paced environments — required
- Based in Ecuador or able to work on Ecuador time (GMT-5)
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and follow-through skills
- Strong attention to detail — accurate in documentation, communication, and task execution
- Solid Excel skills (data tracking, basic formulas)
- High ownership, adaptability, and a problem-solving mindset
- Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information
