About the role

  • Provide administrative support across multiple workstreams within HR, Finance, and Operations

Requirements

  • 2+ years of professional experience in administrative, client-facing, or operations roles
  • Advanced English (written and spoken) — required
  • Experience in fast-paced environments — required
  • Based in Ecuador or able to work on Ecuador time (GMT-5)
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and follow-through skills
  • Strong attention to detail — accurate in documentation, communication, and task execution
  • Solid Excel skills (data tracking, basic formulas)
  • High ownership, adaptability, and a problem-solving mindset
  • Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information
