About the role
- Drive new customer acquisition and partnerships through proactive outreach and pipeline building
- Build trusted relationships with external prospects and guide them through the sales cycle
- Ensure smooth customer onboarding in collaboration with Product and TPM teams
- Surface customer insights and feedback to influence roadmap priorities and GTM strategies
- Independently manage deals end-to-end, from prospecting through to close and customer adoption
- Explore new verticals and markets by identifying trends and evolving client needs
Requirements
- Track record of strong relationship management skills with external-facing client or partner roles and experience driving toward mutual goals
- Ability to clearly articulate value propositions and build trust with technical and non-technical audiences
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable running multiple opportunities in parallel
- Strong independent execution and adaptability in fast-paced environments
- Empathy-driven communicator with a client-first approach
- Thrive in ambiguity and see constant change as opportunity, not obstacle
- Prior work with AI, SaaS, or technical products
- Prior exposure to a product-led growth strategy and usage-based business model
- BA/BS degree or higher, with technical degrees a plus
