• Collaborate, execute, deliver: This is the core of the building loop. We aim to optimize for both speed and quality, despite it being decidedly non-obvious how to manage that tradeoff exceptionally well.
• Reflect and drive improvements: Especially as a Staff Engineer, advocate for and realize system improvements, both related to and independent of key features.

Product Marketing

• Help run the end-to-end sales process, ensuring customer technical requirements are met and deals progress
• Own the onboarding and success of new customers adopting Inworld solutions
• Translate customer needs into actionable technical requirements for Product and Engineering
• Build credibility with external stakeholders through technical fluency and solution-oriented thinking
• Independently generate pipeline opportunities through outbound engagement and trend analysis
• Partner cross-functionally with Product, TPM, and Growth teams to ensure a seamless customer experience

• Drive new customer acquisition and partnerships through proactive outreach and pipeline building
• Build trusted relationships with external prospects and guide them through the sales cycle
• Ensure smooth customer onboarding in collaboration with Product and TPM teams
• Surface customer insights and feedback to influence roadmap priorities and GTM strategies
• Independently manage deals end-to-end, from prospecting through to close and customer adoption

• Design, create and maintain test cases and suites for our most important priorities, such as the Inworld Runtime, TTS and other APIs.
• Expand and improve our test infrastructure, whether it’s in Playwright, Python, C++, NodeJS, Unreal, or Unity.
• Develop and evolve other tools and CI/CD workflows related to our automated tests, including GitHub actions/workflows.
• Collaborate across roles (engineering, product, project management, etc) to ensure our results are high quality and we stay focused on the benefit to our customers and their end users.
