Financial Planning and Analysis

• Own the financial model, annual planning and budgeting, and capital strategy of the company. Build the forecasts, scenarios, and unit economics that shape how we invest and where we grow.
• Work closely with our external accounting firm on monthly close, audit, tax, and internal reporting, ensuring numbers are accurate and timely.
• Partner with leadership on fundraising workstreams and board and investor communications, including board materials, investor updates, and the financial narrative around the business.
• Drive M&A, investment opportunities, strategic partnerships, and broader inorganic growth initiatives.
• Partner with GTM and customer-facing teams on pricing, deal structuring, billing, revenue operations, and the systems that make the commercial engine run cleanly.
• Build the analytical foundation and frameworks used to run the business.
• Take on the highest-leverage problems the company faces, from new market entry to building out new functions.
• Use AI across every workflow, from modeling, analysis, diligence and reporting to operations.
