About the role

  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences in every interaction with customers, car dealers, or Invygo teammates.
  • Manage and resolve a high volume of requests and complaints with confidence and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, data, marketing) to develop processes and products that enhance customer experience.
  • Handle daily WhatsApp requests from dealers, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
  • Support the operations team in managing escalated scenarios and provide solutions to complex issues.
  • Occasionally handle challenging customer interactions in-person and over the phone.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with experience in Customer Experience (CX) or the hospitality industry.
  • Proficiency in both English and Arabic, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent computer skills, including experience with Office, Google Suite, or other platforms.
  • Strong troubleshooting, multitasking, and organizational abilities.
  • The ability to structure your day effectively to meet targets.
  • Preferred: passion for helping people, comfort working in startup environment (Agile, Sprint), high attention to detail, positive can-do attitude, team player.
