About the role

  • Owns the overall performance, bookings results, and revenue outcomes for the Insurance vertical, consistently exceeding quarterly and annual targets.
  • Develops and executes a clear sales strategy aligned with company objectives, translating growth goals into disciplined execution across regions.
  • Optimizes territory design, account coverage, pipeline management, and forecasting rigor to maximize conversion and revenue predictability.
  • Personally engages in strategic, high-value opportunities and executive-level deals to drive material business impact.
  • Coaches, develops, and elevates a team of experienced sellers, setting a high bar for performance, accountability, and professional growth.
  • Creates and sustains a high-performance culture grounded in transparency, collaboration, and ownership of outcomes.
  • Establishes and refines sales processes, pipeline hygiene, and forecasting discipline to support scalable growth and operational excellence.
  • Uses data, automation, and emerging AI-enabled insights to improve pipeline visibility, forecast accuracy, and execution efficiency at scale.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of B2B sales experience, with 5+ years in sales leadership
  • Proven success leading regional or vertical sales teams in a growth-stage or scaling organization
  • Experience selling enterprise or mid-market SaaS, fintech, or complex solutions (Insurance and payments experience strongly preferred)
  • Demonstrated track record of exceeding revenue targets and building high-performing teams
