About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide solutions to customers as a key business owner of Invivyd resources and solutions across healthcare providers, healthcare organizations, centers of excellence, integrated delivery network stakeholders, Veterans Affairs centers, reimbursement personnel, and practice administrators
  • Work collaboratively to help resolve customer inquiries
  • Facilitate clinical dialogue and identify account obstacles to provide appropriate solutions
  • Identify shared priorities and develop strategic territory business plans that drive product demand and meet key partner and patient needs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners on account and territory strategy to maximize access to products and services
  • Aggregate customer, market data, and insights to apply multiple channels and drive total selling engagements
  • Use a data-driven approach to prioritize customers and accounts for maximum strategic-plan impact

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university is required
  • A minimum of 10 years of sales in the biopharma industry is preferred
  • Must hold a current, valid state driver's license and pass a motor vehicle record (MVR) background check
  • Candidates must live within the stated territory
  • Ability to travel up to 100% within the geography, including driving and/or flying within the territory
  • Required to be in the field five days a week while completing administrative tasks
  • Proven track record of consistent high performance and successfully selling to large accounts and key customer segments
  • Strong ability to communicate compliant clinical product information
  • Diverse matrixed-environment experience and exposure to Reimbursement, Buy-and-Bill, Specialty Pharmacies, IDNs, and Federal channels
  • Strong understanding and experience following laws, regulations, and industry codes, including the PhRMA Code
  • Knowledge of the Veterans Affairs system within the territory and applicable business rules and regulations
  • Results-oriented with demonstrated time-management skills
  • Broad understanding of case management, market access, reimbursement, and selling a medical benefit product
  • Experience with Hem/Onc, Rheumatology, Transplant, Hospital/IDN, Veterans Affairs, immunology, account management strategy, and new product launches
  • Effective time-management, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Sales performance consistently exceeding quotas, Presidents Club wins, and other awards
