About the role

  • Professional and substantive organization, conception and planning of events, meetings, conferences and functions (MICE) for up to 500 guests
  • Primary point of contact for our clients
  • Conducting sales meetings, site tours and handling complaint management
  • Performing administrative tasks such as maintaining the internal database and preparing reports
  • Independently monitoring key financial metrics
  • Creative and independent planning of Kameha events
  • Evaluation and follow-up of events
  • Close collaboration with team leadership and the Convention Sales team

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training in hospitality, gastronomy, tourism or the events industry
  • At least two years of relevant professional experience in a comparable position
  • Strong affinity for upscale hospitality, distinctive gastronomy and complex, high-profile events
  • Strong customer orientation demonstrated by a confident, open and highly communicative demeanor
  • Ability to represent the hotel with a positive professional appearance
  • A hands-on mentality, the ability to stay calm under pressure and a good sense of humor
  • Team player with flexibility
  • Excellent German and English language skills
