About the role
- Professional and substantive organization, conception and planning of events, meetings, conferences and functions (MICE) for up to 500 guests
- Primary point of contact for our clients
- Conducting sales meetings, site tours and handling complaint management
- Performing administrative tasks such as maintaining the internal database and preparing reports
- Independently monitoring key financial metrics
- Creative and independent planning of Kameha events
- Evaluation and follow-up of events
- Close collaboration with team leadership and the Convention Sales team
Requirements
- Completed vocational training in hospitality, gastronomy, tourism or the events industry
- At least two years of relevant professional experience in a comparable position
- Strong affinity for upscale hospitality, distinctive gastronomy and complex, high-profile events
- Strong customer orientation demonstrated by a confident, open and highly communicative demeanor
- Ability to represent the hotel with a positive professional appearance
- A hands-on mentality, the ability to stay calm under pressure and a good sense of humor
- Team player with flexibility
- Excellent German and English language skills
