About the role
- Co-responsible for leading and motivating the Front Office team
- Supporting the team in daily operational tasks
- Complaint management and resolution
- Creating duty rosters and managing vacation scheduling, as well as performing Manager on Duty (MOD) shifts
- Representing and supporting the Front Office Manager
- Contributing to the development and implementation of new processes
- Conducting trainings and onboarding for new employees
Requirements
- A devoted host with a genuine passion for fulfilling guest wishes
- Completed vocational training in hospitality and/or professional experience in a similar position
- Hands-on mentality
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and reliably
- Representing the hotel with a professional appearance
- An open and warm personality
- Excellent German and English skills
- Ideally, experience with OPERA Cloud hotel software
