About the role
- Analyze market trends, booking and competitor data to derive optimal pricing strategies and maximize total revenue
- Contribute to forecasts, budgets and monthly performance reports (e.g., room revenues, KPIs) for the hotels within the cluster
- Maintain and monitor pricing and availability strategies across all distribution channels (PMS, channel manager, OTAs)
- Support optimization of online distribution channels — including rate structures and content quality
- Assist in creating promotions and offers in close cooperation with the Cluster Revenue Manager
- Support the development and implementation of pricing and forecasting processes for the hotels in the cluster
- Coordinate closely with Sales, Reservations, Front Office and Marketing as well as with the general managers of the individual hotels
- Use revenue management systems and analytical tools to support decision-making
- Participate in the implementation of new systems and tools
- Regularly communicate results and recommendations to management
Requirements
- Degree or vocational training in hospitality, business administration, hotel management or revenue management
- Initial experience in revenue and/or yield management or completion of a dual-study program with a focus on revenue management
- Strong analytical skills, affinity for numbers, and a strategic, solution-oriented approach to work
- Confident use of MS Office, especially Excel; experience with PMS (Opera and Apaleo) and RMS is desirable
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing market conditions
- Curiosity about market trends, digital tools and developments in the hospitality industry
- Strong communication skills, team orientation, and a structured, reliable and independent working style
- Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
