About the role
- Professional and substantive organization, conception and planning of events, meetings, conferences and functions (MICE) for up to 500 guests
- Primary point of contact for our clients
- Conducting sales meetings, hotel/site tours and complaint management
- Handling administrative tasks, such as maintaining the internal database and preparing reports
- Independent responsibility for monitoring financially relevant key performance indicators
- Creative and autonomous planning of Kameha events
- Evaluation and post-event follow-up
- Close collaboration with team leadership and the Convention Sales team
Requirements
- Completed vocational training in hotel management, gastronomy, tourism or the events industry
- At least two years of relevant professional experience in a comparable position
- Strong affinity for upscale hospitality, distinctive gastronomy and complex, high-profile events
- Strong customer orientation demonstrated by a confident, open and communicative manner
- Representing the hotel with a professional appearance
- A hands-on mentality, a cool head and a good sense of humor
- Team player with flexibility
- Very good German and English language skills
