About the role

  • Professional and substantive organization, conception and planning of events, meetings, conferences and functions (MICE) for up to 500 guests
  • Primary point of contact for our clients
  • Conducting sales meetings, hotel/site tours and complaint management
  • Handling administrative tasks, such as maintaining the internal database and preparing reports
  • Independent responsibility for monitoring financially relevant key performance indicators
  • Creative and autonomous planning of Kameha events
  • Evaluation and post-event follow-up
  • Close collaboration with team leadership and the Convention Sales team

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training in hotel management, gastronomy, tourism or the events industry
  • At least two years of relevant professional experience in a comparable position
  • Strong affinity for upscale hospitality, distinctive gastronomy and complex, high-profile events
  • Strong customer orientation demonstrated by a confident, open and communicative manner
  • Representing the hotel with a professional appearance
  • A hands-on mentality, a cool head and a good sense of humor
  • Team player with flexibility
  • Very good German and English language skills
