About the role

  • As HR generalists, we support our companies with all personnel-related questions and tasks
  • Administrative tasks: drafting employment contracts, contract amendments, written warnings, references, terminations and other certificates
  • HR services: handling inquiries in the day-to-day operational business
  • Employee care: conducting conversations with employees, HR office hours, conflict management
  • Support in recruiting, onboarding and offboarding
  • Preparatory payroll tasks and support for HR controlling
  • Driving new HR trends (we love new ideas!)

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills and enjoyment in working with people
  • Independent, solution-oriented and structured working style with a hands-on mentality
  • Understanding of working with dynamic company and team structures at both local and virtual levels
  • High team spirit, flexibility and a strong sense of reliability
  • A humorous and empathetic personality
