About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and execute territory development plans to increase sales pipeline and achieve or exceed growth targets
- Manage relationships, quarterly roadshows, regular cadence on target accounts, and account next steps
- Understand prospect needs, stakeholder preferences, competitor strengths and weaknesses, Workday expectations, and internal delivery recommendations
- Develop and execute sales strategies for pursuits
- Collaborate with solutions teams, leadership, pursuit teams, Workday, and prospects throughout the sales cycle
- Own all phases of business development for active pursuits
- Assemble pursuit teams and identify win themes
- Manage and compose RFP responses and proposals
- Coach and rehearse pursuit team presentations
- Develop pricing strategy and negotiate proposals with leadership
- Develop statements of work with solutions teams
- Facilitate contract completion and transition to delivery
- Participate in trade shows, Workday conferences, and targeted local marketing events
- Promote Invisors within the Workday organization and across the Workday customer base
- Identify prospects by mapping relationships to target accounts and coordinating with Workday sales
- Stay current on Workday functionality, benefits, and roadmap
- Identify and share trends in customer needs around Workday deployment services
- Help position Workday CoSell opportunities to expand SKU footprint
- Develop and maintain relationships with Workday sales and alliance stakeholders
- Maintain post-sale stakeholder relationships to maximize reference-ability
- Track and update customer, prospect, Workday stakeholder, and pursuit activity data
