About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the DC workstream internally by coaching more junior consultants
- Manage the design and delivery of Workday projects
- Work closely with functional architects across all Workday areas in scope
- Manage cross-functional impacts with other domain leads
- Coach others in their consulting career while helping clients develop a strong plan and design for their Workday system
- Contribute on projects as well as contributing internally
- Assist in budgetary accountability for their projects
Requirements
What you’ll need- 4+ years of Workday data conversion experience
- Prior consulting experience required
- Advanced excel skills
- SQL skills preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience leading data conversion workstreams on multiple Workday projects
- Data analysis or conversion experience in multiple industries
- Experience with Workday Data Conversion and Workday tenant migration tools
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future
