About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the HCM workstream internally by coaching more junior consultants
- Manage the design and delivery of Workday projects
- Work closely with all other Consultants within the workstream
- Assist in budgetary accountability for their projects
- Serve as the Area Architect for their project
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of Workday Absence & Time Tracking configuration experience
- Workday implementation/project experience
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and client-facing skills
