About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as the primary program/project management lead
Build strong client relationships through proactive communication
Own readiness scheduling and detailed workbacks

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum of 5-7 years of project/program management experience
Previous Microsoft experience is required (vendor preferred)
Familiarity with foundational change management practices
Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal)
Strong client-facing presence with senior polish
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-team collaboration
Ownership mentality and initiative
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Ability to work US Pacific hours (Central/Eastern considered)
Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
