About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as the primary program/project management lead
  • Build strong client relationships through proactive communication

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of project/program management experience
  • Previous Microsoft experience is required (vendor preferred)
  • Familiarity with foundational change management practices
  • Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Strong client-facing presence with senior polish
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-team collaboration
  • Ownership mentality and initiative
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Ability to work US Pacific hours (Central/Eastern considered)
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
