About the role
- Coordinate and track progress across multiple marketing and creative projects, from kickoff to completion, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met
- Use project management tools to monitor progress, resources, and deliverables
- Schedule and facilitate internal and client meetings, driving clear communication across all stakeholders through structured agendas and recaps
- Partner closely with producers, editors, and designers to oversee video projects concepting, scripting, storyboarding, shoots, editing, and delivery
- Collaborate with designers and writers to deliver high-quality creative content such as PowerPoint presentations, pitch decks, and sales enablement assets
- Drive consistency across brand themes, visual identity, and campaign deliverables
- Review all deliverables to ensure accuracy, quality, and brand alignment with client expectations
- Manage revisions and coordinate final approvals for seamless handoffs
Requirements
- 1-2 years of project management experience in marketing, creative services, or related field
- Proven success managing both creative content development projects and video production
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with clients and internal stakeholders
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Asana, or similar)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Familiarity with creative processes including presentation design, video editing, and brand development
