About the role

  • Help to accelerate security sales opportunities and upsell Microsoft security solutions.
  • Promote Microsoft security solutions by aligning them with customer needs and demonstrating competitive advantages.
  • Lead technical enablement sessions, presentations, demos, and workshops to accelerate deals and support upselling.
  • Serve as the primary technical contact for partners, ensuring technical wins and supporting revenue targets.
  • Deliver end-to-end security value propositions, focusing on Zero Trust and M365 E5 Security solutions.
  • Guide partners through technical adoption, architecture patterns, and proof of concepts.
  • Identify and resolve technical and competitive blockers, acting as a trusted advisor.
  • Collaborate with Partner Technology Strategists and Microsoft stakeholders to develop comprehensive security solutions.
  • Support partner and field sales training and enablement.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in technical pre-sales, consulting, or related roles.
  • Presales and solution selling experience is a requirement
  • Strong technical knowledge of cloud security solutions, including Microsoft Defender, M365 Business Premium, E3/E5, Defender for Cloud, Sentinel, Network Security, MXDR, and Zero Trust.
  • C2 level of English (CEFR)
  • Excellent listening skills and empathy to understand partner needs.
  • Creative problem-solving and outside-the-box thinking.
  • Effective collaboration across partner ecosystems and internal teams.
  • Strong ownership mentality and accountability.
