About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provides excellent customer service to end-users
Logs, triages, and manages IT support requests for end-users in a first-contact scenario.
Provides effective advanced troubleshooting for common technical issues related to hardware, software, and networking.
Identifies and escalates more technically challenging issues to higher level support teams
Documents solutions to common issues to increase efficiency and reduce first call resolution times
Provides advanced user and computer account management tasks
Performs regular site visits and field work
Works directly with higher-level support teams
Manages and Maintains end-user focused applications
Participates in On-Call rotations
Other duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need

Excellent customer service skills with the ability to convey technical information in user-friendly terms.
Knowledge of basic IT security practices and protocols
In depth knowledge of Windows operating systems and hardware
Understanding of advanced network structures and concepts
Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Advanced understanding of Microsoft 365
Advanced understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM)
2-5 years of Healthcare IT experience, preferably in radiology
Reliable transportation
High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in computer science or related field - Preferred
A+ Certificate - Preferred
Must be able to work in small confined spaces (2x2')
Must be able to regularly lift 50+ lbs
