About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Export or generate accurate HR reports (e.g., headcount, time-to-fill).
- Prepare and execute onboarding plans to ensure smooth new hire integration.
- Lead the planning and coordination of HR-led events to foster team connection and promote a positive workplace culture.
- Support the Head of HR in coordinating performance review cycles and tracking key milestones.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of experience in an HR role
- Proficiency in using job posting platforms such as LinkedIn and Indeed
- Understanding of Puerto Rico employment law and applicable U.S. federal regulations
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken)
