About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Export or generate accurate HR reports (e.g., headcount, time-to-fill).
  • Prepare and execute onboarding plans to ensure smooth new hire integration.
  • Lead the planning and coordination of HR-led events to foster team connection and promote a positive workplace culture.
  • Support the Head of HR in coordinating performance review cycles and tracking key milestones.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of experience in an HR role
  • Proficiency in using job posting platforms such as LinkedIn and Indeed
  • Understanding of Puerto Rico employment law and applicable U.S. federal regulations
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
  • Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken)
