• Design, develop, and implement scalable automated testing frameworks and strategies that support continuous integration and continuous deployment practices
• Lead the automation-first initiative by advocating for and driving the adoption of automation across all testing activities, reducing manual testing overhead
• Define and enforce test automation standards and best practices to ensure maintainability, reliability, and efficiency of tests
• Integrate automated tests seamlessly into CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, ensuring quality gates are met at every stage of the development lifecycle
• Lead a team focused on non-functional testing, including performance, load, stress, security, and scalability testing, to ensure system reliability under varying conditions

• Lead client engagements by facilitating business requirement sessions and translating them into clear, actionable deliverables.
• Manage Salesforce configuration and oversee the development of supporting build documentation.
• Drive implementation success by designing and configuring applications, gathering and migrating data, and ensuring seamless adoption of InvestorFlow solutions.
• Ensure quality assurance through the creation and execution of client-specific deliverables and test scripts.
• Manage client expectations and act as a key liaison for client change requests, providing Level 1 / Level 2 support and triaging escalations.

Senior Consultant – Salesforce

• Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver, NUnit, and SpecFlow (BDD) in C#.
• Collaborate with developers and QA team members to design effective test strategies for UI and API layers.
• Execute and monitor automated test pipelines in GitHub Actions, ensuring timely reporting and debugging of issues.
• Integrate test results with BrowserStack for cross-browser and device compatibility testing.
• Perform API testing using Postman and contribute to performance and security testing using JMeter and OWASP ZAP.
• Maintain test documentation and contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes.

• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and Azure DevOps for team-level projects
