About the role
- Sale of sponsorship partnerships (presentations, exhibition stands, etc.): Inspire existing and new partners from our CRM and the industry to support our events.
- New client acquisition: Identify emerging partners—our clients such as fund providers, asset managers and financial institutions—and innovative products that enrich our agenda, and proactively contact them.
- Maintain client relationships: Build long-term, trust-based and almost friendly relationships with our partners and maintain them sustainably.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the event organization and marketing teams to make our conferences even more successful.
- Responsibility: Take independent responsibility for the entire sales area and continuously develop it further.
Requirements
- Sales experience: You have several years of sales experience, ideally in the financial or investment sector.
- Industry knowledge: Knowledge of the funds and intermediary market is an advantage; existing contacts would be a big plus.
- Language skills: You are fluent in German at a native level and have business-fluent English skills.
- Communication: You are an excellent communicator with eloquent expression and outstanding rhetoric.
- Work style: Committed, highly motivated and with a high level of reliability and dependability.
- Sales flair: You have sales empathy and the necessary persistence to close deals.
