About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead discovery for trading and custody projects
- Define and document technical scoping
- Produce development-ready requirements
- Create structured discovery briefs
- Coordinate across Compliance, Operations, Custody, and Engineering
- Support vendor evaluation and integration workstreams
- Analyse current systems and processes
- Contribute to projects such as trade netting and settlement optimisation
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst within financial services
- Strong experience with technical scoping and working with engineering teams
- Solid understanding of data flows, APIs, and system architecture
- Excellent analytical and documentation skills
- Strong communication skills
- Experience working in regulated environments
- Proven ability to independently own discovery and deliver high-quality outputs
- English fluency (C1 level and above)
