About the role
- Lead Invest Lithuania’s earned social media strategy and implementation.
- Develop high-quality, engaging, and visually compelling multimedia content, representing Lithuania.
- Plan and execute organic social media campaigns that contribute to awareness KPIs.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on organic performance metrics, with actionable recommendations for improvement.
- Stay ahead of social media innovations, tools, and trends to continuously advance our approach.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of proven experience managing and growing multiple social media channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, X, etc.).
- Proficiency with design tools such as Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, or Canva. Skills in video editing or photography are a strong plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Lithuanian.
- Ability to collect and interpret social media performance data (e.g., LinkedIn analytics, UTM tracking, etc.) and apply insights to improve results.
- Confidence in shaping content calendars and proposing new formats or campaign ideas.
