Key responsibilities & impact

Support core system operations and enterprise IT functions
Maintain key systems such as the Assure Policy platform
Manage change requests and ensure data privacy compliance
Coordinate with vendors and support UAT
Analyze incident resolution and documentation

Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years of experience in IT operations within the insurance industry
Experience with similar platforms (Assure Policy, Assure Claims, Sapiens)
Knowledge of data privacy regulations (CCPA, NYDFS, etc.)
Proficiency in system change management and lifecycle management
Strong technical skills in Windows OS and MS Office suite
Proficiency in Korean is a plus but not required
