Inversion

Attorney

• Conduct legal research and analysis on regulatory, corporate, transactional, and compliance matters relevant to Inversion’s investment and operating activities.
• Assist with the drafting, reviewing, and organization of legal documents, including agreements, internal memoranda, and governance materials.
• Support the General Counsel in monitoring regulatory developments and helping assess their potential impacts on portfolio companies and strategic initiatives.
• Assist with managing relationships with outside counsel by tracking matters, organizing diligence materials, and coordinating across multiple jurisdictions.
• Help with corporate governance, entity management, and maintenance of legal and compliance documentation.
• Prepare summaries, presentations, and briefing materials for internal stakeholders, senior management, and external advisors.
• Attend and observe meetings with senior management, the board of directors, investors, and external advisors, and assist with meeting preparation and follow-up as appropriate.
• Support ad hoc legal projects and special initiatives as they arise, including research-driven or time-sensitive matters.
