About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the marketing strategy and operations at Invenzi
- Ensure alignment between brand, demand generation and revenue
- Define the strategic direction of the marketing area and establish processes
- Lead the execution of marketing initiatives
- Ensure alignment between brand, demand generation, product and revenue
- Set individual and team targets for the marketing team
- Foster a culture of data-driven decision making, experimentation and continuous improvement
- Structure and lead growth and demand-generation initiatives
- Conduct continuous experimentation and A/B testing across channels, campaigns and customer journeys
- Optimize conversion rates across acquisition, activation, nurturing and lead qualification
- Ensure alignment between marketing activities and revenue targets
- Support ABM strategies and targeted actions for strategic accounts
- Lead the marketing automation strategy in RD Station
- Design nurture flows, customer journeys and relationship workflows
- Ensure proper lead qualification and routing to Sales
- Lead the planning and execution of paid traffic and media campaigns
- Ensure continuous optimization based on data and testing
- Drive the company’s positioning in the technology and security market
- Lead the content strategy and the editorial calendar for the area
- Define and track the main KPIs for the marketing area
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven experience in marketing, including leadership or coordination roles
- Experience with growth marketing, demand generation and funnel management
- Experience with experimentation and A/B testing in campaigns and customer journeys
- Proficiency in marketing automation (RD Station or similar)
- Experience with paid traffic, media and performance marketing
- Experience with marketing KPIs and data analysis (CAC, LTV, conversion, ROI)
- Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing–sales integration (SLA, MQL/SQL)
- Experience in B2B marketing and complex sales cycles is a plus
- Experience with ABM (Account-Based Marketing) is a plus
- Experience in technology companies, SaaS or electronic security is a plus
