About the role

  • Support administrative and operational activities for the CS and Support teams;
  • Update, organize, and maintain customer records and information in internal systems;
  • Assist in generating and updating operational reports and KPIs (SLAs, request statuses, etc.);
  • Monitor workflows and request statuses, such as openings, pending items, and follow-ups;
  • Help organize processes, controls, and departmental documentation;
  • Assist in tracking the customer journey, ensuring records are up to date and consistent;
  • Interact with internal teams such as Support, Sales, Operations, and Development as needed.

Requirements

  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google Workspace (especially Excel / Sheets)
  • Basic knowledge of CRM and management tools (Pipefy, Monday, Zendesk, or similar)
  • Interest in Customer Success, Support, or operations.
