About the role
- Assist with integration testing between the Invenzi software and hardware devices;
- Assist with technical support/helpdesk for our solution;
- Perform remote software configurations via TeamViewer or AnyDesk;
- Assist with quality and usability testing of Invenzi software;
- Assist with pre-release testing of software;
- Contribute to improvements for the Invenzi software;
- Participate in discussions for implementing the access control solution;
- Monitor support tickets and systems;
- Document specific features of the Invenzi software.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related program;
- Maintain good client relationships, being directly responsible for handling requests and feedback;
- Strong problem-solving skills, commitment, and a sense of urgency;
- Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively;
- Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure and computer systems.
