About the role

  • - Define and secure project resource requirements in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
  • - Act as the main liaison between IT, business units, and external partners throughout the project lifecycle.
  • - Clarify and document project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • - Develop and manage detailed project plans using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • - Monitor progress and manage risks, scope changes, schedules, and budgets.
  • - Track and report project performance via KPIs and status reports.
  • - Maintain structured documentation such as action logs, risk registers, and meeting minutes.
  • - Organize and lead project meetings, ensuring follow-up on decisions and tasks.
  • - Ensure all project deliverables are completed on time, within scope and budget.

Requirements

  • - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
  • - Minimum 3 years of experience in managing IT delivery projects.
  • - Experience handling multiple projects with tight deadlines.
  • - Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (Waterfall, Agile).
  • - Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • - Demonstrated ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams.
  • - Strong attention to detail and ownership mindset.
  • - Experience in banking projects, particularly in loan-related systems, is considered a plus.
  • - Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile) is a strong asset.
