About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

You take overall responsibility for the strategic and operational development of our SaaS product — from both a business and a technology perspective.
You actively shape the future of our product, develop a clear vision, and drive its implementation forward together with interdisciplinary teams.
You are responsible for the long-term product strategy, aligning business objectives with technological excellence.
You continuously develop and refine the product vision and convince internal and external stakeholders.
You work closely with the architect and product owner to define thoughtful roadmaps.
You actively shape our product's pricing model and evolve it based on data.
You ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and drive their implementation.
Data privacy and data security are your responsibility — particularly in the context of ISO 27001.

Requirements

What you’ll need

At least 7 years of professional experience as a Senior Product Manager, Team Lead, or in a comparable role within the SaaS environment.
University degree, preferably in engineering, computer science, data science, or a related field.
Strong strategic thinking skills and the ability to translate visions into concrete actions.
Excellent communication skills and a good sense for team dynamics and user needs.
Excellent written and spoken German and English.
Knowledge of French, Italian, and/or Portuguese is an advantage.
