About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

With at least five years of professional experience, you efficiently categorize, prioritize, and handle incoming service requests with a solution-oriented approach
You analyze existing IT infrastructures and client environments to identify optimization potentials
You provide remote support to our clients and are occasionally on-site (with prior notice)
You handle incidents, change requests, and general inquiries — always maintaining high quality standards
You create clear and practical documentation and guides for colleagues and clients
You lead and support IT projects — from planning through implementation to successful handover — both internally and at our international clients
You ensure structured project communication, coordinate involved teams, and ensure timely execution
You grow together with us — through new challenges, development, and active team exchange
You use your creative freedom to contribute ideas and further develop our services and project processes
You work independently, in a structured manner, and take responsibility for your tasks and projects

Requirements

What you’ll need

You have thorough knowledge and practical experience administering Windows client/server environments and cloud systems
You bring strong IT project management skills and know how to plan, coordinate, and execute projects in a structured way
You are not only interested in technical topics but want to actively contribute to the development of our products and the strategic direction of INVENTRY
You have a pronounced hands-on mentality, enjoy diving into new topics, and continuously pursue professional development
Entrepreneurial thinking and a strong customer orientation are among your strengths
You have successfully completed training as an IT specialist (Fachinformatiker) or hold a comparable qualification
You are a true team player and tackle new challenges with enthusiasm
You have very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken
