About the role
- Categorize, prioritize and process incoming service requests
- Analyze existing IT infrastructures and customer environments
- Provide remote support to our customers and occasionally work on-site
- Handle incidents, change requests and general inquiries
- Create documentation and guides for colleagues and customers
- Lead and support IT projects
- Conduct structured project communication and coordinate involved teams
- Work independently and take responsibility for tasks and projects
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience
- Solid knowledge and hands-on experience administering Windows client/server environments as well as cloud systems
- Strong IT project management skills
- Interest in product development and the strategic direction of INVENTRY
- Hands‑on mentality and commitment to continuous learning
- Completed vocational training as an IT specialist (Fachinformatiker) or equivalent qualification
- Very good German and good English skills
