Key responsibilities & impact

Map and document processes, perform system configurations/parameterization, and lead system implementations, ensuring alignment with the client's needs;
Provide comprehensive support to clients during implementation and training phases, promoting autonomy and confidence in using the solutions;
Conduct project follow-up meetings, ensuring schedules are met and enforcing key deliverables essential to project progress;
Work with a focus on continuous improvement, prioritizing excellence in the customer experience and strengthening client relationships;
Propose proactive solutions to unblock deliveries and remove obstacles that compromise project progress.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Information Systems, or related fields;
Strong knowledge of accounting and tax processes, with an understanding of legal obligations and business routines;
Experience with ERP systems, including implementation, configuration/parameterization, and support;
Familiarity with enterprise business processes, especially in finance, contracts, and tax;
Understanding of business rules applied to financial management, contracts, and tax obligations;
Hands-on experience in ERP implementation projects, working from requirements gathering through go-live.
