About the role
- Respond to support tickets, clarifying questions about the system.
- Assist in triaging tickets opened by clients and reclassify or categorize them.
- Help provide status updates on ongoing requests when requested by the client, via support channels (phone, email, system).
- Monitor and follow up with the clients under your responsibility.
- Contribute to the knowledge base by writing articles on relevant topics.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (in progress or completed) in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
- Knowledge of tax operations, such as tax calculation and assessment.
- Experience with validation and submission of SPED ICMS, EFD-Contribuições, REINF, and DCTF.
- Good communication skills.
