About the role

  • Respond to support tickets, clarifying questions about the system.
  • Assist in triaging tickets opened by clients and reclassify or categorize them.
  • Help provide status updates on ongoing requests when requested by the client, via support channels (phone, email, system).
  • Monitor and follow up with the clients under your responsibility.
  • Contribute to the knowledge base by writing articles on relevant topics.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (in progress or completed) in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of tax operations, such as tax calculation and assessment.
  • Experience with validation and submission of SPED ICMS, EFD-Contribuições, REINF, and DCTF.
  • Good communication skills.
