About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Establish and lead an enterprise‑wide capability for partner engagement.
- Define Schneider’s standard operating model for engaging strategic partners.
- Implement a standardized partner engagement intake process across functions.
- Aggregate enterprise partner demand to improve commercial leverage.
- Own partner mobilization standards and monitor execution health across active engagements.
- Establish partner performance scorecards and lead periodic executive-level performance reviews.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 10+ years of experience in consulting leadership, enterprise transformation, program governance, or partner/vendor management roles.
- Demonstrated success managing complex, cross‑functional portfolios involving multiple external partners.
- Strong commercial acumen, including SOW design, rate structures, and change control.
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and executives without direct authority.
- Experience building or operating governance models, operating rhythms, or enterprise capabilities.
