About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Implement comprehensive sales strategies to maximize business potential through direct field interactions with assigned accounts
- Build and cultivate relationships with OEMs to achieve ambitious sales targets, positioning Schneider as a strategic business partner for its clients
- Identify customer needs and recommend tailored solutions across the full portfolio of products, services and solutions
- Develop and deliver compelling commercial presentations and orchestrate the customer's entire ecosystem
- Identify and engage prospective customers while fostering long-term partnerships for sustainable growth
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven track record in B2B sales, both in-person and remote, especially with OEMs/machine manufacturers and the related ecosystem
- Strong portfolio management skills with the ability to drive strategic account growth
- Excellence in needs analysis and solution-based sales approaches
- Exceptional relationship-building and strategic planning skills for account development
- Proven success in meeting and exceeding sales targets
