About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Be the bridge between our customers and innovative solutions
- Manage multiple conflicting priorities related to coordination of equipment deliveries, supply chain risk management, and general customer service
- Pre-Delivery Coordination- proactive communication with key project stakeholders, defining customer scheduling needs and setting expectations upon product and services supply
- Categorize white glove delivery service needs for site, and plan services with regional carrier
- Project Governance- monitor and track all open orders ensuring supply commitments are upheld for customer project milestones
- Proactively escalate upon all risks identified via supply reporting tools (OMS), certifying risks for customers and Sales
- Delivery Execution- ensure all scheduled deliveries complete to service level and project on site needs
- Confirm all shipments to key project stakeholders
- Customer Service- support all customer inquiries related to each assigned project
- Interface with Secure Power network of support organizations to close the loop upon customer needs
- Close all projects to general customer satisfaction
Requirements
What you’ll need- BA degree in Business, Technical degree or related field
- Strong technical aptitude with ability to quickly learn new products and technologies
- Excellence in customer service with outstanding communication and problem-solving abilities
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of contact center systems and customer service tools
- Proven track record of contributing to team success and continuous improvement initiatives
- Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time, ongoing basis
